Libraries, I believe, should strive to be fully inclusive of all members of their community.  Delivering accessible physical and virtual spaces, information, programming and materials, and continued professional development to staff,  libraries will play an important role in helping all people to participate freely in their community, break down barriers and realize their full potential.
